We provide fund and ownership level accounting, with extensive experience consolidating property reports with complex ownership activity. With decades of experience interfacing with investors and lenders, we are well-equipped to handle day-to-day fund administration such as managing investor relations portals, capital calls and distributions, wire transfers and cash management. We understand the importance of cultivating deep relationships and will prioritize the health of these key partnerships in our approach.

We have provided asset management services for billions of dollars of real estate investments for our clients, including hospitality, multifamily and commercial properties. We believe that thoughtful and attentive asset management can significantly enhance the value of real estate investments.
BetaWest, LLC is a Colorado-based company that provides accounting, finance, fund administration and ancillary services to companies investing in commercial real estate portfolios.
Our clients include commercial real estate investors across the US ranging from family offices with significant portfolios, to private equity sponsors managing institutional capital, to start-up funds. BetaWest provides outsourcing solutions spanning accounting, finance, fund administration, and asset management. We frequently partner with clients which have reached their capacity to manage the accounting or fund admin processes in-house, but do not want to hire and manage a larger accounting staff, as well as groups who would prefer not to use national accounting firms for these functions. With our decades of industry relationships and experience, we are also well equipped to provide additional support with special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, assets in distress, construction projects, or renovations.
