Founded in 1984, BetaWest has managed and assisted with the development, acquisition, and financing of over $7.0 billion of real estate projects and investments nationwide. As a seasoned group of real estate professionals, many of whom have worked with each other for at least 20 years, we have provided comprehensive services to our clients in a variety of markets, ownership structures and property types. We’ve worked with pension funds, publicly traded companies, private equity groups and smaller investment partnership over the years.
Since the inception of BetaWest we have been owned by entities which own real estate and operate it for their own account. That has given us the perspective of an owner, as opposed to a service provider, and allows us to more closely align our approach with our clients’ interests.
